We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best senior home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. All Comfort Keepers senior home care providers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Bill & Toni Reinhart


Bill and Toni Reinhart started their Comfort Keepers business over thirteen years ago to provide the highest quality of home care to the seniors in Northern Virginia.  Our goal is to provide a complete solution to families to enable them to keep their loved ones at home.   With our excellent nursing staff, we have been able to provide not only the companionship and personal care our families need, but skilled care and care management. 


Toni has been very active in the local community, serving on the board of the Loudoun Senior Interest Network, Chairing the Loudoun Senior Expo and Healthy Aging Summit and running the Senior Spelling Bee for the last three years.  She has also been honored with the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Best Mid-Size Business Award.  Look for her monthly column in the Loudoun Times Mirror.

Tammy Butler, RN

Client Care Coordinator

Tammy started working at Comfort Keepers as a caregiver in 2007. This was her first job back into the work force after staying home with children for 13 years. In 2008 after renewing her LPN license she started working in the office as a Care Coordinator Assistant working under the guidance of the RN’s. She started going back to school several years ago and has just recently graduated with her RN degree and will continue to work as a Client Care Coordinator. Tammy really enjoys working at Comfort Keepers. The flexible scheduling allowed her to be home with her family when she needed to be and also allowed her to be able to work and go back to school at the same time. Tammy is dedicated to working with seniors and keeping them safe in their homes. 

Ashley Aschenbach

Lead Scheduling Coordinator

Ashley joined Comfort Keepers in September of 2013. She has human resource experience in many different settings, and is currently working on her degree in Human Resources at Northern Virginia Community College.   Ashley joined Comfort Keepers because she wanted to help make a difference in providing care for those in need. 

Nicole Case

Scheduling Coordinator

Nicole joined Comfort Keepers in May of 2014. She has plenty of experience in the medical field both clinical and administrative. She is currently working on her degree in Nursing at Northern Virginia Community College. Nicole joined Comfort Keepers because she wanted to make a difference in the caregiver's and customer's lives.

Audrey Anderson

Internal Care Coordinator

Audrey’s position of Internal Care Coordinator was created to provide an additional layer of communication for our clients to complete our detailed plan of care for your family member. She is the contact point for the Clear Care Family room, our on line portal that shows our clients’ schedules and tasks our caregiver is providing so you can see how your loved one’s day is going. She also confirms client medical appointments, help obtain medical equipment/supplies (walkers, wheelchairs, compression stockings, etc.) and provides special services (delivering treats and food supplies to a family member) when you cannot be there. Prior to joining Comfort Keepers, Audrey researched various in-home care and facility care for 3 relatives. She is active with the Reston Chamber of Commerce “Healthy Workplace” committee. She enjoys tennis, skiing and dance.

Barbara Jo Holland

Client Care Coordinator

Barbara, our Client Care Coordinator, started working at Comfort Keepers this year.   She has been an LPN with solid experience working with seniors since 1997.  Barbara is compassionate and devoted to working with seniors.  She believes in quality care, supporting clients and their families and understands the needs and benefits of aging in place.  She is excited to work with Comfort Keeprs and enjoys working with the team.  

Patricia Lespoir

HR Management & Recruiting

I joined Comfort Keepers Herndon, in September of 2014 as the Human Resource Specialist & Recruiter; with hiring experience from Oracle and GTSI. Why Comfort Keepers; I have always had a passion for assisting the vulnerable and those in need via mission projects. So when the opportunity presented itself I connected with Comfort Keepers and was hired to be part of a team that stands by its mission of providing the highest quality of life that is achievable to our clients and treating them with the respect and dignity that they so deserve. I love what I do and it has been an honor and a blessing to be part of this dynamic team and company. I am working on my Divinity degree in Theology and Ministry, have obtained my BA in Fine Arts and AA in Christian Studies.
